Martina discovered yoga through the Bikram method in 2010 during two sabbatical years and from this moment on she practices different styles of yoga in more than 30 countries around the world, thus combining her work and her passion for traveling with the practice of different styles of yoga around the world.

Souraya Zouaoui
Souraya is an experienced practitioner in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Bikram Yoga, transitioning from luxury retail into the world of yoga and healing. She is extensively trained and recognized by Yoga Alliance, and leads immersive retreats as well as private sessions, with an approach rooted in holistic well-being. Her background also includes touch therapy, energy work, vegetarian and vegan nutrition, Inner Dance, breathwork, and trauma release practices. Her teaching focuses on uniting mind, body, and awareness, creating balance and a sense of inner stability. She sees yoga as a transformative practice that supports both physical strength and deeper consciousness.

Ela Swistak
Ela guides practices that combine purposeful and playful movement. She focuses on mobility, balance, and body awareness. With a background in Vinyasa, Yoga Beat, and Yoga Wheel, her teaching blends flow, rhythm, and strength, creating space for both challenge and release. Her approach encourages students to explore their range, deepen their practice, and connect with movement in an engaging and enjoyable way.

Paulina Walden
Paulina has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and discovered Bikram Yoga in 2013, where her journey deepened. She completed her Yoga teacher training (200h Yoga Alliance) in Marbella at Ushna Yoga Studio. Alongside her work in yoga, Paulina is a licensed psychotherapist and founder of the Swedish psychology company Evidentia Psykologi. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional focus on child and adolescent psychotherapy.

Margot Gaude
Margot guides practices rooted in presence, compassion, and self-connection. She draws from years of personal exploration and experiences across London, Paris, and Madrid, integrating meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement into her classes. Her approach encourages students to listen deeply, move with awareness, and reconnect with their bodies. Her teaching is soft yet grounded, creating space for calm, balance, and clarity. She offers a range of styles including Ashtanga (guided and Mysore), creative Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Her classes are designed as inner journeys that balance intensity and gentleness, with a focus on breath, awareness, and emotional well-being.

Zarah Boden
Zarah is deeply inspired by the intelligence and grace of the human body, exploring movement through yoga and dance for over 20 years. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in London and continued her studies in India, with a focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama, Indian philosophy, and various forms of bodywork and energy practices. She also works with Integrative Breathwork, using conscious breathing as a tool for healing, growth, and transformation. Her teaching is guided by the breath, which plays a central role in her classes. She creates a space for students to reconnect with themselves, cultivate balance between body and mind, and explore their full potential.

Alison Prajna
Alsison teaches the Yogisvara Method of Ecstatic Vinyāsa, a transformative journey that integrates yogic postures, movement, music, rhythm, and breathwork to elevate you into a state of inner peace and self-transformation. An 800-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience, Alison has trained in Hot Yoga, Ashtānga Yoga, and Yogisvara Ecstatic Vinyāsa. She is also a former European Āsana Champion and a dedicated meditation practitioner. Having completed six intensive retreats in Bali, Alison deepens her understanding of yoga’s transformative power. Additionally, she is a Healing Massage Therapist and a Shoden Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. Join Alison to experience a holistic, transformative practice that blends expertise, passion, and deep wisdom.

Saeed and Nahal
A passionate husband-and-wife duo, on a transformative Kundalini Yoga journey. Their path began with sacred trainings in London and India in 2018, bringing a genuine, heart-centered approach to each class. Saeed shares his love for unfiltered Kundalini experiences, while Nahal blends her coaching skills with yoga to help students break through subconscious blocks. Together, they create a safe space for growth, vitality, and healing. Off the mat, they enjoy connecting with their community and living consciously, inspiring transformation through self-love and authentic living.

Lorena Aguiar
Meet Lorena, a dedicated yoga teacher and healer whose journey began early, inspired by her family’s deep connection to alternative therapies. With extensive training in India, including a 200-hour Ashtanga course and 600 hours of hands-on learning in Mysore, she blends artistry and wellness into her practice. In her dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate mindfulness—moving, breathing, and finding balance within. With additional expertise in Pilates, meditation, and holistic wellness, Lorena is here to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery, empowering you to unlock your potential and embrace inner peace.

Fernanda Pereira Chueiri
Fernanda began practicing yoga in 2011, which led her to travel to Mumbai, India that same year. At The Yoga Institute, she consolidated her professional training, confirming her dedication to the yogic path. With deep commitment, she continued her personal and spiritual development at the Spanish school Witryh under the guidance of master Soma, Xavier Satrustegui. Drawn to Kundalini Yoga, she studied with Nam Nidhan Khalsa, learning the teachings of Yogi Bhajan with the intention of supporting others in their personal and spiritual growth. She is also trained in emotional education and mindfulness, and specializes in yoga for children, teenagers, and family practice.

Marisol Carretón Newport
Marisol is passionate about sharing her knowledge of movement, built over more than 22 years of continuous training and experience. With a strong foundation in dance, she is certified by the Royal Academy of Dance and extensively trained in Pilates, including mat and equipment, special populations, rehabilitation, and pre and postnatal work through Stott Pilates. She is also certified in Fascial Fitness by Stott Pilates and Aerial Pilates by Unnata Pilates in Madrid. She specializes in movement-based rehabilitation and has further developed her expertise through training in New York and across Europe. She was the first instructor to introduce Inferno Hot Pilates in Cantabria and now teaches it alongside Barre Fit. Her teaching combines precision, strength, and energy, turning her passion for movement into a dynamic and engaging practice.

Sara Sanz
Sara has been teaching yoga since 2014, trained at Kabat School in Madrid. She completed intensive training in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa at Swaroop Yogic Life in Rishikesh, India in 2015, followed by Karma Yoga at Amritapuri Ashram in Kerala, India in 2016. She further specialized in Prenatal Yoga through the European Yoga Institute in Barcelona in 2018, and continued her teacher training at Centro Cántabro de Yoga in 2021.
